You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and HEAT Freight shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Jefferson County, Alabama. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

By agreeing to receive SMS messages from HEAT Freight, you acknowledge that message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. SMS opt-in and phone numbers for the purpose of SMS will not be shared.
